JCPenney catalogs give customers the opportunity to browse through products from the comfort of their own home. The company, which began offering this convenience in 1963, puts out seasonal catalogs covering women’s and men’s clothing, intimate apparel, nursery decor, home furnishings, housewares and school uniforms. You can buy products by mailing in the catalog’s order form, calling in an order over the phone or placing orders directly through the JCPenney’s website using the item number.

Visit the JCPenney website and click on “Catalogs” at the bottom of the page.

Click “Request Catalog” and select the JCPenney catalog you would like to order.

Type in the quantity you want to order in the box provided then click “Add to Bag.”

Select “Checkout” or “View Shopping Bag.” Log in to your JCPenney account to complete your order. If you don’t have an account, you can register as a new customer or skip registration and go through the checkout process as a guest.

Type in your mailing address and contact information in the boxes provided then click “Continue.” Review your order summary then complete the checkout process.


You can also pick up catalogs at customer service counters in your local JCPenney stores. Click “Find a store” on the JCPenney website to locate a store in your area.
