They eyes are often referred to as the window to a person's soul. If your eyes are not the color you would like them to be and you do not like to wear contact lenses, it is possible to change the color of your eyes without contacts. Some people with certain medical conditions such as albinism may feel uncomfortable with their eye color and need to change it permanently, while other people may want to enhance their natural eye color for a change of pace.

Change your shirt. Some eye colors, such as green or hazel, can be dramatically changed by clothing color choices. Go through your wardrobe and see how wearing different colors can change your eye color, or go to a store and try on different shades of clothing, especially those you may not already have in your wardrobe.

Change your makeup. Enhance brown eyes with green or brown shades, green or hazel eyes with green, brown, or purple colors, or blue eyes with blue or purple. See a cosmetologist to receive color tips about your particular eye color. Both eye makeup and face makeup can alter the color of your eyes.

Consult an Ophthalmologist for an iris implant. An intraocular implant can alter the appearance of your eyes. In the past, candidates for this procedure usually suffered from congenital defects of the iris, ocular albinism, iris heterochromia or other ocular conditions. Doctors also now utilize the procedure to alter eye color on patients, strictly for cosmetic reasons.
