False eyelashes increase the length and thickness of your real eyelashes. Individual falsies create the most natural look, especially when applied to the outer corners of your eyes with an eyelash adhesive glue. To remove faux lashes, you just need to soften the adhesive glue. While many lash kits come with an adhesive remover, you can safely remove the glue with organic ingredients.
Things You'll Need
Infuse a small amount of eye-makeup remover, extra virgin olive oil, or coconut oil onto a cotton swab.
Gently dab the remover or oil onto your upper eyelash line where you placed the lashes and glue, and soak for a minute. Hold a clean cotton ball underneath your upper eyelashes to prevent the makeup remover or oil from dripping into your eyes.
Once the glue has softened, gently pull off the false eyelashes with tweezers. To remove any glue residue, dampen a cotton ball with water and gently wipe the residue away.
Rinse your eye area with lukewarm water to ensure your natural eyelashes are all clean.
Repeat on the other eye.
