A cooked pork roast or tenderloin can make more than one meal for a family. Pork is a versatile meat, found in cuisines around the world. Recooking the pork can result in flavorful, tender meat. Shred the pork. Using a fork, drag the tines across the grain of the pork until the entire roast is shredded.
Add pork and enough sauce to cover to a medium pot or crock pot.
Reheat on low for two hours, check for tenderness and cook for an additional two hours if desired.
Add pork to the bottom half of a hamburger bun and top with veggies of your choice.
Slice the pork in small, bite-sized pieces.
Add the pork to one quart of beef broth and a two pounds of vegetables including potatoes, carrots, onions and celery.
Cook the stew for one to two hours, checking after one hour for pork tenderness.
