- 8 oz spaghetti - 2 very ripe avocados - 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp lemon juice - Cayenne pepper
1. Cook spaghetti according to the package 2. In a bowl, mash avocados, garlic, EVOO, lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper, sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper 3. Mix together until smooth & creamy 4. Plate & top with avocado sauce
