You would never know that loads of antioxidants and healthy omega-3 fatty acids are overflowing a single serving of this chocolate mousse. It tastes as decadent as traditional chocolate mousse, without any dairy or bad ingredients. It’s a great way to trick anyone who has a stigma about healthy foods (i.e. children) to get their daily dose of avocado and raw cacao. It’s vegan, gluten-free and totally raw.¬†Here’s how it’s done:

*Yields 2-3 servings, stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, chopped & peeled
