- 1/2" ginger, chopped
- 1/2" turmeric, chopped
- 4-5 whole cloves
- 1 bag chamomile tea
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Raw honey, to taste
- Cheese cloth
- On a cheesecloth, add: ginger, turmeric, whole cloves and chamomile tea. Tie together with the chamomile tea string.
- Add to pot with 2 cups of water over medium-high heat, let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Off heat, remove the cheesecloth bag and add: lemon juice, coconut oil and raw honey.
