This protein-packed chocolate-y peanut butter party-in-your-mouth will restore your body after the toughest run. In addition to loads of protein from the almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter and Greek yogurt, there are chia seeds to begin restoring your muscles and prevent soreness, as well as¬†coconut oil to help metabolize fats. This is definitely a meal replacement smoothie–get it ready before your run and have a healthy on-the-go breakfast after!¬†Here’s how it’s done:

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 – 1 frozen banana
1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:
