The French Start Breakfast

Inspired by the book, French Women Don't Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano, we're showing you how to make an über healthy yogurt breakfast. Flaxseed oil, lemon, oats and nuts - this is a superfood breakfast that's guaranteed to satisfy. ET VOILÀ!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt - 1 tsp flaxseed oil - Juice of 1/2 lemon - 1 tbsp crushed almonds (or walnuts) - 2 tbsp raw, old fashion oats - Honey

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl 2. Drizzle generously with honey 3. ENJOY!
