The anti-inflammatory benefits of ginger root coupled with alkalizing lemon and immunity-boosting cayenne will help fight infections and discomfort. Add a few drops of oil of oregano, if you're feeling fancy, too!

Here's how you make our Cold Fighter Shot:


  • 1" piece of ginger 
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon 
  • Pinch of cayenne
