This Greek-inspired tartine is simple with major flavor – the feta cheese coupled with sweet cherry tomatoes makes for a satisfying afternoon snack. You can also sub in goat cheese for milder flavor if you aren’t a fan of feta. Here’s how it’s done: 

Bread (of your choice, we used wheat)
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Fresh feta cheese
Olive oil
Fresh basil

1. Toast bread
2. Spread the feta & place tomatoes
3. Tear basil and place on top
4. Drizzle olive oil
