One of our all-time favorite snacks are fresh radishes sprinkled with coarse sea salt – incredibly simple, yes… but also really great for a healthy salty snack. The toast element takes it to another level, perfect for a mid-morning or afternoon bite. Here’s how it’s done:

You’ll Need:
Bread (of your choice, wheat or rye works great)
Radishes, 1 or 2
1 tbsp parsley
S + P

1. Toast bread
2. Thinly slice radishes
3. Chop parsley
4. Butter bread, place radishes, sprinkle with parsley
5. S + P to taste
6. Enjoy!
