- 8 dates, pitted & chopped - 1/4 cup raw almonds - 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds - 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (softened) - 2 tbsp cacao nibs - 1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Blend the first 4 ingredients in a food processor (or blender) for about 3 minutes 2. Put batter in bowl and add cacao nibs and chia seeds 3. Roll batter into balls and freeze for 10 minutes
