Craving something sweet? In need of an energy boost? These superfood snack bites will be your new go-to. They’re filled with healthy, all-natural ingredients that combine to make a delicious guilt-free snack. Jessica from Mint Clothing Company (and ultimate surfer babe) shows us how to make them:

– 8 dates, pitted & chopped
– 1/4 cup raw almonds
– 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
– 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (softened)
– 2 tbsp cacao nibs
– 1 tbsp chia seeds

1. Blend the first 4 ingredients in a food processor (or blender) for about 3 minutes
2. Put batter in bowl and add cacao nibs and chia seeds
3. Roll batter into balls and freeze for 10 minutes
