This Asian-inspired spicy tuna bowl is a well-rounded with an amazing flavor combo. We know that working with raw fish can be intimidating, but hopefully this recipe will help you get over that fear (it's super simple and clean!).
- 1 cup of rice - ½ pound of sushi-grade tuna - 2-3 chopped scallions - 2 tsp kewpie mayo (can be found in specialty Asian markets) - 3 tsp sriracha - 5 tsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - avocado (for garnish) - cucumber (for garnish) - sesame seeds (for garnish) 1. Cook rice according to package 2. Chop ½ pound of sushi-grade tuna 3. Place in a small bowl 4. Add scallions, kewpie mayo, sriracha, soy sauce 5. Mix together 6. Place rice in serving bowl, stir in rice vinegar 7. Top with spicy tuna 8. Garnish with avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds
