This video is in part of our Moroccan-themed dinner party with twofoldLA –  get ready to impress, this decadent pudding is has sweet floral taste and a presentation that will make anyone’s heart drop.

– 2 cups milk
– 6 tbsp cornstarch
– 1/2 tbsp rose water + 1/2 tbsp
– 1/2 cup whipping cream
– 1/2 cup sugar + 3/4 cup
– 1/8 tsp red food coloring
– Toasted pistachios, roughly chopped
– Shredded coconut
– Baby roses, for garnish

1. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, cornstarch and 1/2 tbsp rose water until the cornstarch dissolves completely
2. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup milk, whipping cream and sugar to a simmer over medium heat
3. Whisk in cornstarch mixture
4. Stir constantly until pudding thickens, approximately 4 minutes
5. Pour the pudding into 4 5-oz serving dishes
6. Let cool to room temperature, then cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate
7. Bring 3/4 cup sugar  and 1/4 cup water to boil
8. Stir in 1/2 tbsp rose water and red food coloring
9. Simmer to thicken
10. Top each pudding with rose water syrup
11. Top with toasted pistachios, shredded coconut, baby roses
