Aliza Sok's Roasted Lemon Sea Bass

Preparing a whole fish (eyes & all!) doesn't have to be scary. In fact, we teamed up with our friend Aliza from The Poppyseed Agency to show you exactly how to butcher it - and cook it! This is her delicious roasted lemon sea bass recipe, one that will SURELY impress a special someone. Adjust to the appropriate serving size

Ingredients:

  • Whole piece of sea bass
  • Lemons 
  • Olive oil 
  • Fresh dill

Instructions:

  1. Scale, wash & pat dry
  2. Salt & pepper inside & out 
  3. Add olive oil inside & out 
  4. Thiny slice lemons & place them inside the fish 
  5. Add dill, then wrap in foil 
  6. Cook at 450F for 20-25 minutes 
  7. Lemon, salt & pepper to taste 
  8. YUM!
