This is the perfect hors d’oeurve to serve while hosting a party. They’re bite-sized with a whole lot of flavor. Here’s how to make it:

1. Whip ½ cup butter with ½ cup gorgonzola, until light & fluffy
2. Slice pears lengthwise – core pear & peel out stem
3. Slice baguette & toast
4. Create crostini: place pear slices, top with cheese & drizzle with honey
