This is the perfect hors d'oeurve to serve while hosting a party. They're bite-sized with a whole lot of flavor.
Here's how to make it:
- Whip ½ cup butter with ½ cup gorgonzola, until light & fluffy
- Slice pears lengthwise - core pear & peel out stem
- Slice baguette & toast
- Create crostini: place pear slices, top with cheese & drizzle with honey
