This video is in part of our Moroccan-themed dinner party with twofoldLA – these kabobs are the perfect combination of sweet and savory. They’re great to make when the weather warms up, peaches spring into season and you can entertain outside!

– 3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 ripe peaches, halved & pitted
– 1 small red onion, quartered & pulled into petals
– Skewers
– 2 tbsp orange juice
– 2 tsp tamari
– 3 tbsp apricot fruit spread (no sugar added)
– 3/4 tsp minced chipolte in adobe sauce
– 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary, plus more sprigs

1. Cut chicken into 1.5″ chunks
2. Cut peaches into 8 chunks each
3. On long skewers, alternate pieces of chicken, peach & onion
4. Preheat grill on medium-high heat
5. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, tamari, apricot fruit spread, minced chipotle and chopped rosemary
6. Grill kabobs, brushing them with the sauce (try brushing with rosemary sprig for extra flavor!)
7. Turn frequently, until lightly browned – about 8 mins
