One Pot Pasta

Cooking a complicated dinner after a long day is not ideal, that's why we love simple recipes we can put together in a few minutes with minimal effort. We took a nod from Martha Stewart for this easy one-pot pasta that cooks in just 10 minutes. The pasta cooks entirely in one pan and all of the ingredients mix together for a delicious, flavorful sauce.

Here's how you do it:

Ingredients:

12 oz pasta (linguini or spaghetti) 12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved 1 small onion, thinly sliced 4 gloves of garlic, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 2 sprigs basil (+ more for garnish) 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 4.5 cups of filtered water Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, add all ingredients over high-heat 2. Once boiling, stir & turn pasta frequently for about 9 minutes 3. Top with parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & fresh basil
