New England Lobster Roll

In honor of Labor Day, we're showing you how to make the ultimate New England-style lobster roll. It's refreshing, creamy, and the perfect accompaniment to an outdoor party before summer ends. Enjoy with these oven baked french fries for the pefect plate.

Here's how you make it:


1 lb cooked lobster meat, bite-sized chunks 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped 2 tsp scallion (the green part), finely minced 1 tsp parsley, chopped 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 dash sriracha Salt + pepper Butter 2 hot dog buns


1. In a small bowl, add: mayo, celery, scallion, parsley, lemon juice, sriracha, salt & pepper 2. Add lobster meat & mix well 3. Butter outside of 2 hot dog buns, then toast on medium until slightly browned 4. Add lobster meat, and ENJOY!
