The Insta-Superfood-Artist is sharing her favorite, keeps-in-fridge-at-all-times raw, gluten-free, vegan granola recipe. It’s literally five ingredients and is ready within a few minutes. Just try it and tell us it isn’t genius! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
3 cups of dates (pitted, medjool preferred)
2 cups gluten-free oats
3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Blend in a high-speed blender or food processor until thick crumbs stick together
  2. Enjoy by itself, add to smoothie bowls, etc! Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
