It’s always a good idea to have simple syrup on-hand. This lavender-infused simple syrup is the perfect addition to tea, cocktails (like our Lavender Champagne Cocktail) and maybe even ice cream! It’s sweeter than raw sugar so be careful not to have a heavy hand.
1. Combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water
2. Let simmer until sugar is dissolved
3. Add a handful of lavender
4. Let steep for 12-30 mins
5. Strain, bottle & enjoy! (keeps for 1 month)
