This is the basic cooking skill on how to poach salmon. It’s perfect on it’s own or to top on salads and pastas.
1. Fill a medium sauté pan with 2 inches of water
2. Bring to a boil
3. Add thinly sliced lemons
4. Rinse raw salmon, pay dry
5. Cover with salt and pepper
6. Add salmon to water, bring to a simmer
7. Poach for 10 minutes (until opaque throughout)
