How To Make Acid Wash, Tie-Dye Jeans

That 70's Show, anyone?! Give your old jeans a nice revamp with a tie-dye bleach, acid wash effect. Throw on some simple black pumps and a plain white tee, and you're set. Here's the step-by-step on how to do it:

1. Find an old pair of jeans you'd like to revamp & lay flat on a table 2. Starting from the ankle, gather a small bunch of denim & twist together tightly, then fasten with a sturdy rubber band 3. Repeat up the leg, all the way to the waist 4. Once done, secure entire leg with one large rubber band 5. Repeat on other leg (remember to do the backside!) 6. Fill a bucket half way with warm water, then wearing rubber gloves add half of a small bottle of bleach 7. Outside, completely submerge the jeans underwater 8. Allow them to soak for 15-30 minutes, depending on desired fade (the longer they soak, the lighter they'll be) 9. Remove from the bleach mix then soak in cold water for 15 minutes, to set the color 10. Run them through washing cycle twice & then dry Share this tutorial with your friends by clicking the social links above!
