Jazz up your olive oil and enhance your food by adding fresh herbs! It’s a great little DIY to do for yourself, and makes for a cute gift. Here’s how you make it:

– 2 sprigs of fresh oregano
– 2 springs fresh rosemary
– 2 sprigs fresh thyme
– 2 1/2 cups olive oil

1. Bruise all of the herbs to release flavor
2. Add olive oil to a saucepan & heat on medium for a couple of minutes
3. Add herbs in the pot, let sit for 5-10 mins
4. Take off heat & let sit for 5 mins
5. Add herbs to the bottle, then pour in olive oil
