You’re getting fiber from the whole wheat toast and protein from the almond butter, bee pollen and hemp seeds. Bee pollen and hemp seeds are major super foods that help keep you full and gives you loads of energy. Here’s how it’s done:
Whole wheat bread, sliced
Almond butter toast
1. Toast 1 slice wheat bread
2. Spread about 2 tbsp almond butter
3. Drizzle raw honey
4. Sprinkle bee pollen & hemp seeds
