Healthier Kombucha Cocktail: Plum Gin Fizz

Make your cocktail habit a little bit "healthier" by adding liquids high in nutrient density, instead of empty calorie sodas. You can do everything from cold-pressed juices (coming soon!) to our personal favorite, kombucha! Kombucha is a great, bubbly and slightly sweet powerhouse of probiotics. This recipe results in a sweet and tangy fizz feel-good drink. Here's how it's done:


  • Plum kombucha, we love Health-Ade
  • Gin
  • Rind of 1 orange Ice


  1. Make a pretty spiral garnish out of the orange rind
  2. Add ice, 2 parts kombucha and 1 part gin
  3. Mix, garnish and ENJOY!
