This recipe results in a sweet and tangy fizz feel-good drink. Here’s how it’s done:

Plum kombucha, we love Health-Ade
Rind of 1 orange


  1. Make a pretty spiral garnish out of the orange rind
  2. Add ice, 2 parts kombucha and 1 part gin
  3. Mix, garnish and ENJOY!
