These are the most refreshing bites that we always keep on-hand in the freezer. They double as a dessert with sweetness from the berry and tartness from the Greek yogurt. You can also subsitute for coconut yogurt if you’re sensitive to dairy! Here’s how it’s done:

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
Raw honey


  1. Mix Greek yogurt and raw honey in a small bowl
  2. Using a toothpick, gently coat blueberries in the yogurt. Then place evenly on a flat freezer-friendly surface
  3. Freeze for about 1 hour
  4. ENJOY!
