We teamed up with celebrity trainer, Chase Weber, to share this anytime/anywhere workout. There are literally no excuses when it comes to this routine – all you need is a hard floor and two towels (even paper towels will do!). These 4 moves will work your upper body, core, and help with coordination. Here’s how they’re done:
*Take a 20-second break in-between each movement
- The Paper Towel Crawl: walk 5 feet forward and back
- Running Man Sliders: for 30 seconds!
- Wax on, Wax off! Push Up Holds: 10x each arm
- Sliding Push Ups: Each arm 10x each
*Repeat each set 3x with a one minute break in-between each set
