We showed you how to make a simple hot matcha latte, but this elevated iced version from Elizabeth Kott, co-star of our favorite podcast That’s So Retrograde, is a summer must. The addition of the super food adaptogen pearl (#beautyfoodalert) makes this a beautifying, energizing morning staple. Here’s how it’s done:

Ingredients:
1 tsp matcha
2 tsp pearl
Manduka honey
Nut milk of choice

Instructions:

  1. Sift the matcha in a small bowl, then mix in the pearl
  2. Add a small amount of water – about 1/4 cup
  3. Mix in manduka honey, to taste (less is more!)
  4. Pour mixture over ice
  5. Add your nut milk, and ENJOY!
