2016 is the year of mental health and relaxation. To celebrate, we’re sharing our favorite aromatherapy eye mask recipe, made with ingredients you probably already have (ahem… rice, essential oil, and a sock). Sitting back with a warm, scented eye mask is both relaxing and rejuvinating. You can do it after work, on the weekend or on your lunch break! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
10-20 drops essential oil of your choice (we chose eucalyptus)
1 10″ tube sock

Ingredients:

  1. Combine rice with essential oil in a small bowl
  2. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and bake evenly for 15 mins at 350 degrees F
  3. Fill the tube sock with infused rice
  4. ENJOY!

    Do you freeze it after and then reuse? How many uses per mask? What is the benefit of using rice?
