What's better than a refreshing popsicle in the summertime? We re-created this childhood favorite with a bunch of healthy ingredients, so you don't need to feel guilty. This recipe actually includes loads of healthy fats, protein, and antioxidants. Avocado, matcha, hemp milk, coconut... so good. Get involved:
1 can full-fat coconut milk 1 tsp matcha powder 1/2 avocado 1 cup hemp milk (or any nut milk) 1 vanilla bean 3 tbsp honey
- Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix well, until creamy
- Pour into popsicle molds
- Freeze for at least 4 hours
