This video is in part of our Moroccan-themed dinner party with twofoldLA – this coriander simple syrup goes with our Coriander Cocktail (coming tomorrow!), but it would also be delicious on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream or warm brownie.
– 1 cup honey
– 3 tbsp coriander seeds
1. Heat 1 cup of water, honey, coriander seeds – bring to boil
2. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour
3. Drain the liquid from the seeds and set aside
4. Bottle & save
