Brownie In A Jar

Whether you're doing secret santa, having a holiday office party, or attending way too many awkward holiday parties... Everyone loves brownies. Instead of baking them all yourself, opt to package the ingredients up as a cute gift. It shows effort with hand-written instructions and creativity. We made these walnut chocolate brownies, but you can customize them any way you like!

Here's what to do:

1 cup + 2 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2/3 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup white sugar 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Mix the flour and salt together, then divide
  2. In a mason jar, add: 1/2 of the flour mixture, cocoa powder, the second 1/2 flour mixture, brown sugar, white sugar, dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts
  3. Write instructions that include: Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 9 pan. Pour mixture into a bowl & combine with 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2/3 cup canola oil and 3 eggs. Mix & bake for 20 minutes.
