Banana Peanut Butter Roll-Up

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ROLL UPS

These little roll-ups are one of our favorite snacks to make at the office. They're easy to eat and super satisfying complete with fiber, protein and potassium--it's another winning recipe for pre and post-workout sessions. Plus, they're kid-friendly!

Here's how it's done:

Ingredients:

Whole wheat tortilla 1 tbsp peanut butter (more or less) 1 medium banana

Instructions:

  1. Lay tortilla out on a flat surface
  2. Spread peanut butter
  3. Place banana about 3 inches from the edge
  4. Tighly roll
  5. Seam side down, cut into 1" pieces
