PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ROLL UPS

These little roll-ups are one of our favorite snacks to make at the office. They’re easy to eat and super satisfying complete with fiber, protein and potassium–it’s another winning recipe for pre and post-workout sessions. Plus, they’re kid-friendly! Here’s how it’s done:
Whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp peanut butter (more or less)
1 medium banana
- Lay tortilla out on a flat surface
- Spread peanut butter
- Place banana about 3 inches from the edge
- Tighly roll
- Seam side down, cut into 1″ pieces
