There’s a reason that coming home and “kicking your feet up” is an expression to initiate relaxation. Our feet are under so much stress between the shoes we’re wearing and how active (or inactive) we are, yet often get neglected. Sure, hair masks and face masks are relaxing… but a foot soak is one of *the* most therapeutic things you can do. And the good news is, making the soak yourself is super simple! This is our favorite variation, we’d love to hear yours!
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup epsom salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2-3 drops cinnamon essential oil (or your favorite scent)
- Combine all ingredients in an airtight jar and shake vigorously.
- For a gift, make a cute note with the instructions to mix with warm water in a large tub, for the ultimate relaxation.
