Anti-Inflammatory Aloe Vera Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect formula to drink when you wake up. It has natural sugars from the pineapple to increase energy levels and a few drops of stevia for added sweetness. The aloe vera leaf is the star in this smoothie, yielding incredible anti-inflammatory and detox abilities. It helps remove toxins from the colin, which in turn, helps our digestive system and skin health.

Here's how it's done:

Ingredients:

  • 1 aloe vera leaf
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2-3 drops stevia (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Carefully scrape out aloe from the leaf (slice lengthwise & scoop)
