Vanilla ice cream
1.5 oz of fresh espresso (or fresh brewed coffee)
2 chocolate covered espresso beans
- Put 2 scoops of good vanilla ice cream into a cup or bowl
- Pour the espresso over ice cream (if you don’t have espresso, black coffee works great!)
- Top with chocolate covered espresso beans
- Eat immediately!
