Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream
1.5 oz of fresh espresso (or fresh brewed coffee)
2 chocolate covered espresso beans

Instructions:

  1. Put 2 scoops of good vanilla ice cream into a cup or bowl
  2. Pour the espresso over ice cream (if you don’t have espresso, black coffee works great!)
  3. Top with chocolate covered espresso beans
  4. Eat immediately!
