The benefits and uses for coconut are pretty amazing, between the oil and the meat, you can probably live off of just coconuts! We decided to share our favorite uses for coconut water–some of which you might know, and a couple unusual (but amazing) hacks.   1. Ice Cubes: Freeze coconut water and fruit, then enjoy in your favorite beverage (even regular water tastes amazing!)
  2. Use As Stock: Use as a replacement for regular water cooking rice, beans and grains
  3. Use In Dressings: Mix 1 part olive oil, 1 part lemon juice, salt & pepper, and 3 parts coconut water – shake and enjoy!
  4. Iced Coffee: Replace milk with coconut water for a sweet & refreshing coffee
  5. Smoothies: Replace milk in smoothies for a refreshing & sweet addition
  6. Face Mist: Hydrate your skin with coconut water mist
  7. Hangover Cure: Packed with electrolytes, coconut water will replenish you
