In the spirit of spring and summer, we’re sharing 5 of our favorite additions to water. Why would we add these ingredients to plain old water? Three reasons: Delicious flavor, added nutritional benefits and it helps curb hunger! While at work, or simply bored at home, most people mistake dehydration for hunger. When your water is flavored with all the good stuff, it makes it a little more fun to enjoy. Mix & match your favorite ingredients together:

  1. Cucumber
  2. Mint
  3. Berries
  4. Citrus
  5. Chlorophyll (known as an “internal deodorant,” a great supplement to help cleanse the body, control odor and promote healing)

*Refrigerate #1-4 for at least 3 hours prior to drinking in order to fully flavor the water, #5 should be enjoyed immediately.
