We already shared our Mother’s Day Gift Guide, now it’s time to share our favorite brunch set-up. Chef and party planner, Annie Campbell, showed us how to set up this brunch special… and we were totally swoon. They’re not your average brunch dishes, but we promise they are guaranteed to impress. Mom, grandma, and all of the other special women in your life appreciate flowers, right? Well, that’s what this menu is inspired by. For the main course, we have a sous-vide salmon with flowering thyme and a delicious edible flower salad, paired with a lavender champagne cocktail. (Sous-vide is just the type of cooking method used for the salmon, which is super easy.) For dessert, change up the vibe by setting up a big ice cream bar with flavors such as honey lavender, orange blossom and strawberry rose. All the while the table is covered with simple but high-impact bud vase arrangements. This will make mom’s special day a day to really remember.
