Last week we showed you 4 ways to prepare chicken, so this week we’re showing you how to prepare the ultimate heart-healthy superfood: SALMON! As you probably know, salmon is a protein that’s über high in omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. All of these properties are great for your heart, which acts as a preventative measure against certain cancers. Omega-3’s are notorious for helping us with glowing skin, teeth and hair. Basically, it’s the ultimate protein. You can poach it and add it on top of a salad (like this one), or up the flavor anty and make one of our high-impact variations. We nod to the fabulous Ina Garten for her Herbed Salmon and Panko Crusted Salmon, and our good friend/chef Annie Campbell for the Sous-Vide variation with flowering thyme.
