We all know the importance of staying hydrated, but for some, chugging 8-10 glasses of water per day can be monotonous. You should still try and intake 8 glasses of water everyday, because it is the #1 way to hydrate yourself. But, we're dishing a couple of "hacks" for you, a few more creative ways to get more of your daily H2O dose. Produce: Certain produce has more water content than others. Fruits that have a high water content include: grapefruit, orange, watermelon, pineapple and apple. Vegetables that have a high water content include: celery, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. So if you want to add that extra H2O boost, add more of these ingredients to your salads and juices (+ ice pops!). Start your morning with green or black tea and end your night with an herbal tea - try ditching the coffee (which dehydrates more than hydrates).
