Co-author & goop food editor, Thea Baumann, is showing us how to make one meal for each breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, we have a seriously Instagram-worthy pitaya smoothie bowl. All you do is blend, top, and reap all of the antioxidant benefits. For lunch, we’re sharing the first noodle pot we’ve ever tried (!!!) with whole ingredients making up a yummy, no-cook, on-the-go tortilla soup. For dinner, we have a new Asian-inspired parchment baked halibut that is going to blow your mind.
