An Apple Cider Vinegar bath helps restore the skin's acid-alkaline balance. It also rinses off soap residues, kills harmful skin bacteria and keeps skin smooth and soft. You can add herbs for their fragrance and stress alleviating properties.
- 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. fresh Mint
- 1 saucepan
- 1 glass jar
Mix the vinegar, water and herbs and heat to a low boil in a saucepan,. Let the mixture steep for one day.
Remove the soaked herbs by pouring liquid through a strainer into a glass jar or bottle.
Pour the entire mixture into a warm bath. Soak for about 30 to 45 minutes. Relax and Enjoy!
A perfect bath temperature is between 90 to 100 degrees.
