How to Remove Under-Eye Bags Naturally

By Jessica Barnhart

Having bags under your eyes is an annoyance at best. It makes you look tired and older than you really are. Doctors have come up with surgical procedures to get rid of under-eye bags but they are costly and require recovery time. Instead of starting with potentially dangerous surgeries, try to diminish eye bags at home first. Starting a daily routine using natural remedies may be just the thing to stop those ugly eye bags from returning.

Step 1

Soak two tea bags in a cup of water. Place the bags over your eyes for five minutes every morning.

Step 2

Wash your face every night before bed. Make sure to remove all make-up and dirt. Pat your face dry.

Step 3

Dab a little bit of eye cream under each eye. Make sure it contains vitamin C because it is known to lighten skin under the eyes.

Step 4

Place one slice of cold cucumber under each for five minutes eye right before bed. This will reduce puffiness.

Step 5

Get a good night's rest. When you are tired, you look tired. Lack of sleep is the No. 1 cause of eye bags.
