Add a little vodka to a great jello recipe and make a great drink for a party.

Choose your favorite juice to flavor your jello. Pour one cup of juice into a medium-small pan. Bring the juice to a boil.

Pour the gelatin mix into the boiling juice. Stir until the gelatin dissolves in the juice.

Then pour ¾ cup of cold vodka and ¼ cup of cold water into the gelatin and juice mix.

Stir the mixture again. You only need to stir for about 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into individual disposable cups. The cups should be about 3-5 oz.

Put the cups into the freezer for 3-4 hours. Alcohol freezes at a lower temperature than water and thus you need to chill the jello for longer at a colder temperature.

If you used paper cups, then you can eat the jello shots by ripping the side of the cup.

Tips

  • Try making multiple flavors. This tastes great with cranberry juice and orange juice.
