When it comes to juicing, sweet potatoes may not be the first vegetable you think of, but you can mix them with other juices to add richness and a smooth, thick texture. Strawberries, with their acidity, pair well with the sweet potatoes, as does fresh apple juice. Go all-vegetable and mix carrot juice, orange juice, a dash of lime juice and sweet potato juice together for a nutrition powerhouse with zing. As with all fresh juices, drink it straight away.
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly with clean water and peel it.
Chop the sweet potatoes into strips or chunks small enough to fit into your juicer.
Juice the sweet potatoes as instructed in your juicer's operational manual.
