Full-Length Sleeves

One common fashion for women's suits is the full-length sleeve. This sleeve should fall at the top of the wrist. You can check the length by putting your arms straight out; if the sleeves are above your wrists they are too short.

Three-Quarter-Length Sleeves

A three-quarter-length sleeve is common as well for women's suit jackets. This sleeve should fall between the elbow and the wrist.

Bottom Line

The length of the sleeve depends on your fashion preference. A full-length sleeve should come to the top of your wrist while a three-quarter-length sleeve should fall between your elbow and wrist.
