Frown lines appear on your forehead between your eyebrows not only when you frown, but also when you concentrate deeply. Frowning also leaves wrinkles around your mouth. Sunglasses and Sunscreen
When you squint into the sun, you help wrinkles to form not only around the outside edges of your eyes, but you deepen your frown lines as well. Wearing dark sunglasses will prevent squinting and keep those frown lines from forming or getting worse. In addition, wearing sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection will protect your skin in general and help prevent frown lines from worsening.
Moisturizer and Hydration
Dry skin develops wrinkles more quickly and deeply. Wearing moisturizer and keeping hydrated by drinking plenty of water will do a great deal to keep wrinkles and frown lines at bay. Vegetable shortenings, such as Crisco, are also great moisturizers, as well as home remedies for wrinkles and acne scarring.
Vitamin E and Yogurt
A mixture of the innards of vitamin E tablets combined with yogurt, honey and lemon juice helps treat facial wrinkles. Apply the mixture with cotton balls to your frown lines and other wrinkles, and let it sit there for 10 minutes before washing it off.
It's easy to frown when concentrating without even realizing what you're doing. You could be working hard at your computer and deepening frown lines without knowing it. To stop this involuntary frowning, try placing a piece of tape across your frown lines while you work. You will notice every time you start to frown, the tape will keep you from frowning, and eventually you will train your facial muscles to avoid frowning while you're working.
Oil and Vinegar
Oil and vinegar can also be combined to help fight wrinkles and frown lines. After you've washed your face, rub it down with a three percent solution of hydrogen peroxide. Mix a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with a half tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and apply it with a cotton ball to your wrinkles and frown lines.
Pineapples and Grapes
Cut grapes and sections of pineapple core are simple home remedies for wrinkles and frown lines. Apply the cut piece of fruit to the frown lines and leave it in place for ten to 20 minutes, washing your face with warm water after you're done with the treatment.
